Carla Acosta wears many hats at Equinox AI Lab, where she is not only an AI designer with extensive knowledge of UX and UI, but also the linchpin of the lab's communications.

The idea

For this year's holiday celebration, Carla conceived an idea to bring joy to the team and the clients of Equinox AI Lab, which spans across several countries. Building on the success of the previous year's hit – an AI-generated art piece featuring team members as characters from "The Lord of the Rings" – Carla planned to venture into video to create a multi-language Christmas greeting.

The videos were shared across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. The response was overwhelmingly positive, particularly in terms of marketing impact. Carla's approach led to a significant engagement boost: after sending out the unusual Christmas video to their client base, she secured 11 new business meetings. This response was a testament to the power of personalized, culturally aware communication in today's global business environment.
